Oh My Darling Party Co began as a labor of love in 2019 when Rachel Linn, a stay-at-home mom, created a special backdrop for her daughter’s first birthday. Looking for a creative outlet to channel her energy, Rachel opened a small Etsy shop that October, never imagining how quickly her passion for event decor would resonate with others. Then came the challenges of 2020. Rachel took a step back that year to welcome her second child, but her dream didn’t stop there.
From a Family Dream to Transforming Celebrations Everywhere
By February 2021, owner Rachel Linn was back with renewed focus, and the business took off faster than she could have imagined. By the end of that year, her vision had grown into a thriving team of three, handcrafting bespoke fringe decor for clients nationwide. In 2022, Oh My Darling Party Co moved into a spacious 4,000-square-foot warehouse, welcoming 10 part-time employees to help meet the demand for its bold, transformative designs.
