Every backdrop is handcrafted to order in our Fort Worth studio, so total time = production (3–5 business days) + shipping:
Order at least 2 weeks before your event to be safe. Cutting it closer? Upgrade to Express at checkout, or contact us and we'll do our best. Large custom orders ($5,000+) may need a little more production time. All estimates are business days and exclude weekends and holidays.

We aim to get your fabulous backdrop to you as quickly as possible! For free standard shipping, please plan for 5-7 business days. Need it sooner? Just upgrade at checkout for faster delivery!

Size depends on your space, guest count, and budget. A handy rule: 1 person ≈ 1 foot of width in a photo — so for 7 people in frame, choose a backdrop at least 7 feet wide. See our full Size Guide for photos and dimensions

Yes! Any order over $399 ships free via economy (5–7 business days).

Yes! Anything 7×7 or smaller packs into a suitcase. For larger backdrops, we're happy to ship straight to your destination.

Every backdrop arrives ready to hang with all the essentials: step-by-step hanging instructions, push pins, and fishing line. Stands, balloons, and props aren't included — but you can add those here if you want the full moment.

Semi-circle backdrops are made to fit an arched, semi-circle stand, while standard backdrops are rectangular. Choose whichever fits your space and style!

Prices vary by design and material. Tulle, ribbon, and metallic materials cost more to make, so those designs are priced a little higher. It all comes down to the quality and detail in each piece.

Absolutely! Our backdrops are made from durable, event-grade materials designed to be reused. Store them properly and they'll shine again and again.

Keep it somewhere cool and dry, and either hang it or loosely roll it so the fringe doesn't get crushed — avoid folding it under anything heavy. When you're ready for the next celebration, unpack, fluff the strands, and give it a light steam if needed. Stored with a little care, it's ready to shine again and again.

Yes — our fringe loves a good outdoor moment! A few tips: secure it well so wind doesn't lift it, use a backdrop stand for no-wall spaces, and bring it inside if heavy rain or intense sun is in the forecast for long stretches. For outdoor events, a freestanding stand usually gives you the most polished, stable setup.

We do our best to show true-to-life color, but every screen displays a little differently, so shades can vary slightly from what you see online. For custom orders where color is everything, reach out before you order — we're happy to help you confirm your palette so your backdrop arrives exactly the way you're picturing it.

How do I hang my backdrop?
Three easy ways:
- Push pins (our top pick) — clear pins across the top of the wall, simple and foolproof. Push pins and fishing line are included with every backdrop.
- Backdrop stand — perfect for setting up anywhere, including no-wall spaces. Add a stand here. (

Aerial rings come pre-assembled with clear line and a metal key ring — just zip-tie them into place.

It depends on your ceiling. For metal ceilings, use our magnet system; for ceilings with beams, use zip ties around a beam. Always practice ladder safety while setting up.

We don't install for you, but every backdrop comes with easy-to-follow instructions — and we're a call or email away if you get stuck. You've got this!

Because every backdrop is handcrafted just for you, we can only make changes or cancellations within a short window before production begins — within 6 hours of placing your order. Need to tweak a color or size? Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to catch it in time.

We don't offer refunds or exchanges, but your happiness matters to us — if anything's wrong with your order, reach out and we'll make it right.

We want you to absolutely love your backdrop! While we don't offer refunds, we fully stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 2 days of delivery with a few photos, and we'll make it right — whether that's a repair, a replacement, or another solution. Your happiness matters to us.
